Every great empire starts with a single brick. The Sattva Story began in the late 80s in Bangalore. Back then, the city was just beginning to find its feet as a tech hub. We saw an opportunity to provide the infrastructure that this new India would need.
Pioneering the IT Revolution
In the 90s, Sattva was among the first to build specialized office spaces for the nascent IT industry. We understood that tech companies needed more than just four walls; they needed high-power backups, scalable floor plates, and employee-friendly environments. This insight allowed us to build long-standing relationships with global giants.
Evolution into a Full-Spectrum Developer
As the people working in our offices grew in their careers, they looked for homes that matched their new global lifestyles. This led to the birth of our residential wing. Over the years, we have evolved to include warehousing, data centers, and even education through our various social initiatives.
