Sattva Knowledge Point is a modern twin-tower business park located on Tumkur Road. The development is designed as a contemporary office campus that offers a professional working environment along with shared open spaces. At the center of the property is a civic plaza that includes food and beverage outlets, providing a convenient space for employees to relax and socialize.
The project consists of two well-planned towers that follow a similar architectural layout. Tower A rises 11 floors and faces the northern side of the site, while Tower B is positioned toward the south. Both towers are designed with a central core that includes lift banks and service areas, allowing offices to enjoy natural light, efficient floor plans, and open views in multiple directions.

Sattva Knowledge Point features a contemporary architectural design inspired by European-style facades. The building exterior includes tall windows and curtain wall systems fitted with high-quality aluminum frames that enhance both performance and visual appeal. The lower two floors are finished with durable exterior materials that complement the overall architectural design while also helping reduce long-term maintenance needs.
To support the needs of the business park, the development includes three basement levels dedicated to parking. These parking areas are designed with multiple ramp systems to ensure smooth vehicle movement and easy access. The basements are connected to the office towers through three separate lift lobbies—one serving each tower and another dedicated to the central civic plaza—allowing convenient movement between parking, office spaces, and shared facilities.
